INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is temporarily unavailable as we focus on providing the highest level of service locally. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the near future.


SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We currently deliver within Singapore only.


SINGAPORE DELIVERY RATES

Complimentary Delivery – Free for orders above SGD $90 

* Applicable for Standard Delivery only.
* Auto-activated at Check Out.

Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days) – SGD $5.90
Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days) – SGD $12.90

NOTE: All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. For Express Delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM (Singapore Time) on a working day.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, excluding Singapore Public Holidays.

Express orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday (or next working day).

Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day.

IMPORTANT

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as RAYN & RAYS cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All charges in-lieu for returned packages or re-deliveries are payable by the customer.
