These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RAYN & RAYS website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian.
RAYN & RAYS reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. PRODUCTS
All RAYN & RAYS fragrances are described as accurately as possible. However, scent perception is subjective and may vary from person to person.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging or presentation may vary slightly without affecting product quality.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify formulations where necessary.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
RAYN & RAYS reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute final acceptance. RAYN & RAYS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Pricing errors
- Payment authorization failure
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Product unavailability
If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
5. SHIPPING
Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees. RAYN & RAYS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. RAYN & RAYS cannot be held liable for lost parcels due to incorrect information provided.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information.
Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene and product integrity reasons unless confirmed faulty.
7. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs and further information before arranging replacement or refund.
RAYN & RAYS reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the RAYN & RAYS website — including logos, branding, text, imagery, and design — is the intellectual property of RAYN & RAYS and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAYN & RAYS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
10. PRIVACY

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
