At RAYN & RAYS, we take great care to ensure every order is prepared and dispatched with precision. However, should an issue arise, we are committed to resolving it as swiftly and seamlessly as possible.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund.

Returned product(s) must:

- Returns request must be initiated within 7 days of purchase
- Be UNUSED and UNOPENED with SEAL INTACT
- Be in their original packaging
- Be in saleable condition
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

All items must be securely packaged to ensure safe return transit. We regret that we cannot accept returns of goods that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging.

Unless RAYN & RAYS has dispatched an incorrect or incomplete order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For immediate attention, please include [RETURNS REQUEST] in the subject header.

Please note: For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we operate a no-return, refund, or exchange policy on opened or used fragrances, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.

If the item(s) you receive do not match your order, please accept our sincere apologies. Kindly notify us within 7 days of delivery at the email above, and we will arrange collection and dispatch the correct item at no additional cost.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless deemed faulty:

- Sample fragrances
- Body Mists

DAMAGED ITEMS

We kindly ask that you inspect your parcel upon arrival.

If your package appears severely damaged during transit, please photograph the exterior and contents immediately and email the images to:

Please include:

- Full Name
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the fault.

While minor wear to the outer carton can occur during shipping, any internal damage to the product itself should be reported promptly.

Please retain:

- The shipping box
- All packing materials
- The damaged item(s)

These may be required for inspection by the courier.
