Do I need to create an account?
No. You are welcome to checkout as a guest without creating an account.
However, creating a Rayn & Rays account allows you to enjoy additional benefits, including:
- Faster checkout for future purchases
- View your order history
- Track your current orders
- Save your delivery details securely
- Receive exclusive member offers and new fragrance launches
How do I create an account?
Simply click on the Account icon at the top of our website and follow the registration process.
Creating an account only takes a minute and makes future shopping quicker and more convenient.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Singapore. International shipping is not available at the moment, but we're working towards expanding globally in the future.

4. ORDERS
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to amend or cancel the order. Contact us at contact@raynandrays.com.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Before contacting us, please:
- Check your tracking number.
- Verify your shipping address.
- Allow the estimated delivery timeframe to pass.
If your parcel still hasn't arrived, our Customer Care team will gladly assist you. Contact us at contact@raynandrays.com.
I've received the wrong item. What do I do?
We're sorry. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel via contact@raynandrays.com, with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item received
- Photos of the packaging
We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
An item is missing from my order. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately via contact@raynandrays.com. Kindly include:
- Order number
- Missing item(s)
- Photos of the parcel and packaging
Please do not discard the packaging until we've completed our investigation.

At RAYN & RAYS, we take great care to ensure every order is prepared and dispatched with precision. However, should an issue arise, we are committed to resolving it as swiftly and seamlessly as possible.

How do I choose a fragrance online?
Every Rayn & Rays fragrance is accompanied by detailed scent descriptions, fragrance notes, scent composition charts, and editorial imagery to help you visualise how each fragrance smells before you buy.
We also provide "The Trail" and "The Perfumer's Word" for every fragrance, offering a deeper insight into its character, mood, and olfactory journey—making it easier to find a scent that truly suits your style.
Are your fragrances long-lasting?
Yes. Our fragrances are carefully formulated using high-quality fragrance oils to deliver excellent longevity and performance.
Actual wear time varies depending on skin chemistry, climate, application method, and fragrance family.
What is the difference between Extrait de Parfum, Perfume Oils and Arabian Oils?
Extrait de Parfum
Extrait de Parfum is the pinnacle of luxury in perfumery — crafted for those who believe fragrance should be felt, remembered, and experienced throughout the day. Can I layer your fragrances?
Absolutely. Many of our fragrances are designed to layer beautifully together.
For enhanced longevity, we recommend applying your Extrait de Parfum first, followed by a perfectly matching Perfume or Arabian Oils.
You can even layer different Extrait de Parfums together to attain a unique scent through the combination of accords. Surprise yourself!
Are your fragrances inspired by designer perfumes?
Yes. Our creations are inspired by some of the world's most iconic fragrances, while being thoughtfully crafted using our own carefully blended fragrance oils.
